Steps to Make Coconut Taro Pudding
Taro powder 1 pack (25g), soy milk 150g, coconut milk 100g, maple syrup 30g, vanilla extract 1 tsp, blueberries as needed (optional)
Pour the taro powder into a pot, add a little soy milk, mix well with the taro powder until fully dissolved in the soy milk, then pour the remaining soy milk into the pot
Then add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, mix all ingredients well
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat. Stir constantly from the beginning, until the liquid thickens, then turn off the heat
Pour into a bowl to cool, refrigerate for 40 minutes, then transfer to a plate for serving
You can also drizzle some blueberry sauce on top, blend blueberries with a little maple syrup and water in a blender to make a slightly thick blueberry sauce
Drizzle with blueberry sauce and it’s ready to serve
