Steps to Cook Codonopsis Pilosula Stewed Pig Heart
Wash and slice the pig heart, sprinkle with salt, cooking wine, and wild yam powder (can be replaced with cornstarch) for 5 minutes.
As shown in the picture.
Prepare the other ingredients.
Place the ingredients in the stew, pour in boiling water (the pig heart has been marinated with powder, if not using boiling water, it will easily dilute in the soup, making it difficult to achieve a tender and refreshing texture), add an appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker (1/4 of the height of the stewing bowl), cover the lid, heat over high heat until steam comes out, then stew for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
After cooling, uncover and sprinkle with white pepper powder, green onion, and cilantro for flavor.
Finished product (meat marinated with powder is tender and refreshing, perfect for both soup and meat).
