Detailed Steps for Making Coffee Basque Cake
Prepare all the ingredients and let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Line the cake mold with parchment paper.
Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and set aside.
Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. If it’s too hard, it can be heated in a double boiler.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well before adding the next one.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add cake flour and mix well.
Add whipping cream and mix well.
Add coffee mixture and coffee liqueur and mix well.
Sift the cheese mixture and pour it into the mold.
