Coffee Cake Cooking Steps
1. Put all ingredients except cranberries into the East Ling DL-T06 bread bucket, start the bread machine and knead for 30 minutes.

3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, then knead each piece twice.
5. Put the kneaded dough into a greased baking pan.
6. Put the bread in the oven and use the fermentation function to let it rise to 2.5-3 times its original size.
7. Spray some water on the surface of the bread.
8. Sift flour on the surface of the bread, then use scissors to make two cuts.
