Coffee Chocolate Bean Bread Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients.
Knead all the ingredients except butter and bake-resistant chocolate beans into a smooth dough.
Add butter and knead until the dough reaches the expansion stage, then add the bake-resistant chocolate beans and knead evenly.
Let the dough ferment in a warm place.
After the dough has fermented, deflate it and divide it into 50g portions. Roll each portion into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll each ball into an oval shape.
Press down on the long side to flatten it.
Roll it up from top to bottom.
Pinch the seam tightly and roll it into a long shape.
Tie the long dough into a knot.
Tuck the longer end into the bottom.
Pinch the ends tightly together.
Place all the knots on a baking sheet and let them ferment again in a warm place.
After the second fermentation, brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes on the middle rack with both top and bottom heat.
Take out and let cool before serving.
