Coffee Milk Tea Jelly Cooking Steps
Put the coffee beans into a food processor and run the grinder until it stops.
Take 25g of coffee powder and put it into a French press.
Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, let it sit for 4-6 minutes, slowly press down the French press, and let it sit for another 4-6 minutes.
Pour out 400ml, add gelatin powder and granulated sugar, and stir well.
Pour into an ice tray and refrigerate until solid.
In a pot, pour in 180ml of water and milk, and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the tea bags, soak for 3-4 minutes, and then remove them.
Add the solidified coffee jelly and serve.
