Detailed Steps for Cold Tossed Bean Skin
Use the leftover dried bean skin from hot pot.
Cut the dried bean skin into small pieces and soak them in water in advance.
Prepare the ingredients. Chop the garlic, cut the coriander into small sections, slice the small red pepper, and dice the scallion.
Boil some water in a pot and blanch the bean skin for about 3 minutes.
Take out the bean skin and rinse it with cold water. Drain the excess water.
