Steps to Make Colorful Fried Rice
Peel the cooked fresh corn kernels
Clean the shiitake mushrooms, cucumber, carrot, and onion
Cut the shiitake mushrooms, cucumber, and carrot into small pieces
Cut the onion into small pieces
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the carrot
Add the shiitake mushrooms to the pan, fry together and set aside
Heat another pan, stir-fry the onion

Add the carrot and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry
