One plate of leftover rice.
Cut the green beans into small pieces.
Chop the garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and ham into small pieces. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes beforehand.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms and garlic until fragrant, then set aside.
Beat two eggs in the pan and fry until cooked. Cut the eggs into small pieces on a cutting board.
Heat another pan with oil, stir-fry the green beans until cooked, then add the ham and stir-fry for a few more seconds.
