Prepare the main ingredients for making glutinous rice balls
Mix one-third of the glutinous rice flour with warm water
Form small lumps with the mixed glutinous rice flour
Cook the mixed glutinous rice flour lumps in boiling water
Take out and put in a bowl with some water, press the lumps and dough together to form a dough
Seal and let the dough rest for 10 minutes, mix in one tablespoon of black rice flour and one tablespoon of red yeast rice wine lees, knead into a ball and set aside
Cut the prepared peanut filling into small pieces after freezing
