Detailed Steps for Cooking Colorful Pineapple Rice
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Boil the carrots and Chinese lettuce in boiling water for about 7-8 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion until fragrant over medium heat.
Continue to stir-fry the onion over medium heat.
Add the fried eggs and stir-fry evenly over low heat.
Add the fish sausage and stir-fry together.
Then add the rice and quickly stir-fry to separate the grains and evenly distribute the ingredients.
Stir-fry until the rice is about 70-80% cooked, then add the diced carrots, Chinese lettuce, and red pepper that have been boiled in water.
Add two tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry together.
Then add one tablespoon of abalone sauce and stir-fry together.
Before removing from heat, add diced pineapple that has been soaked in salt water and stir-fry for a few more seconds (smaller pineapple pieces are better, mine were too big).
