Prepare the ingredients: granulated sugar, fresh lemon, water;

Put the granulated sugar into a stainless steel pot; PS: it is recommended to use a stainless steel or ceramic pot

Add 200ml of water, stir with chopsticks to mix the granulated sugar and water evenly;

Boil over medium heat; PS: do not stir again

Reduce to low heat, if sugar crystals appear on the pot wall, dip a brush in water and brush around;
