Prepare all ingredients
Soften butter at room temperature and beat until smooth with an electric mixer
Add powdered sugar and granulated sugar, beat on low speed until increased in volume
Add egg liquid in three portions
Continue to beat on low speed with the mixer
Sift in cake flour, vanilla powder, and baking powder
Stir until well combined
Divide the batter into two portions, add cocoa powder to one portion
After mixing well, place each portion in a piping bag
Pipe shapes onto a baking sheet
Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes, bake the piped cookies at 180°C for 10 minutes, then at 160°C for 5 minutes, cool and enjoy
