Corn and Bran Egg Rolls Cooking Steps
Prepare all the ingredients. (Carrots are for steaming and eating with pancakes.)
Mix corn flour, bran, and flour together.
Add water to the mixture.
Add salt to adjust the taste.
Brush a thin layer of oil in the pan and spoon the batter into the pan. Fry until both sides are cooked and tasty, then remove from the pan and set aside.
After frying the pancakes, beat the eggs and fry them in the same way to make egg skins.
Stack the fried pancakes on top of the egg skins.
