These small cotton cups, resembling cotton, are soft and fluffy, with a deliciously sweet taste. They are just as good as cakes. Here, I have compiled years of experience in making various cotton cups to share with everyone.

The method is actually quite simple, and once you try it, you will be able to master it. I will explain the process in detail with a few operation images.

Weigh and mix the flour, starch, baking powder, and lard. Stir until well combined. Dissolve the sugar in milk and pour it into the mixture with the flour. If you don’t have milk, you can use water instead. Stir until there are no lumps.

Add egg whites and stir for 5 minutes continuously with an egg beater.
