Peel and clean the shrimp, wash and dice the vegetables, marinate them with salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, and oil.
Cook the rice in a rice cooker. When steam comes out of the steam vent, add the marinated shrimp, carrots, peas, and corn on top of the rice. Continue cooking in rice cooker mode.
When the rice cooker switches to the “keep warm” mode, sprinkle with chopped scallions and continue to braise for 3 to 5 minutes.
Before serving, use a rice spoon to gently loosen the rice grains and mix with the shrimp.
Add some blanched vegetables for a healthy and delicious meal.
