High-gluten flour: 162g; Fish sausage: 4 pieces.

Yeast: 2g; Salt: 2g; Water: 105ml; Sugar: 6g; Olive oil: 10g; Black olives: 12 pieces; Pizza sauce: 2 tablespoons; Rosemary: a little; Mozzarella cheese: 25g.

Steps for Cooking Crab and Fish Sausage Pizza
Add salt, sugar, and olive oil to the flour and mix well. Mix yeast with water and pour it into the flour while stirring. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and cover it to ferment until it doubles in size.
Take out the dough, deflate it, and let it stand for 15 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
Prepare all the filling ingredients.
Slice the black olives and crab and fish sausages.
Roll the dough into a round shape and place it in a pizza pan. Use a fork to poke numerous small holes in the dough.
Add pizza sauce (preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius with both upper and lower heat).
Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes before taking it out.
Add half of the mozzarella cheese.
Add the sausage slices and black olive slices.
Add rosemary on top and then add the other half of the mozzarella cheese.
Put it in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until it is done.
