Detailed Steps for Making Cranberry Cookies
Prepare the ingredients: soften the butter and chop the cranberries.
Beat the softened butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Add 30ml beaten egg.
Add chopped cranberries and mix well.
Sift in all-purpose flour twice and mix well until there is no dry flour left.
Line the mold with oil-absorbing paper (if there is no mold, you can also press the dough into a rectangular shape with plastic wrap) and press the dough into the mold. Freeze in the refrigerator for one hour.
Take out the frozen dough and cut it into slices about 0.5cm thick.
Place the sliced dough on a baking sheet (lined with oil-absorbing paper) with some space in between to prevent sticking together. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
