Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the cranberries into small pieces.
Add salt to the flour, dissolve the yeast in a small amount of milk, and pour the remaining milk into the flour.
Knead the dough and add the cranberry pieces when the dough is smooth.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for the first time.
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
Grease the mold with cooking oil and sprinkle sliced almonds on it, shaking it to make sure the edges are covered with almonds.
Place the dough on a mat with the smooth side down and smooth out the air bubbles.
