Cranberry Milk Pudding Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients
Beat the egg whites and milk together in a bowl with an egg beater
Add caster sugar
Mix all the ingredients evenly
Filter the milk mixture
Pour the milk mixture into the pudding cup until it is about 8/10 full
Steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and then steam for another 8 minutes
Remove the pudding cup, sprinkle cranberries on top of the solidified milk mixture, and serve
