Cranberry Oat Muffin Cooking Steps
Soak the cranberries in rum for twenty minutes;
Measure and mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar evenly;
Pour milk into a bowl, add vegetable oil, add beaten egg, and stir well;
Add the soaked cranberries to the flour;
Insert the cake paper into the mold;
Pour all the liquid mixture into the dry mixture;
Stir until all the dry ingredients are moistened;
Spoon the mixture into the mold, filling it about 70-80%, and bake in a preheated oven;
