Cranberry Tremella Porridge Cooking Steps
Wash the rice, soak it in water, and adjust the amount of rice according to personal preference. Soaking the rice makes it easier to cook. The rice bucket comes with a measuring cup, which is about 50-80g.
Put about 1200ml of water in the pot. Too much water will cause it to overflow when boiling.
Add the soaked rice to the boiling water and start the “health soup” function (60min). Make sure to add the rice after the water boils.
Soak the Tremella in advance, tear it into small pieces, wash it repeatedly in a vegetable basket to remove impurities, and add it to the rice.
Lightly cover the pot with a lid, leaving a gap to prevent overflow. After about 40 minutes, add the rock sugar and stir appropriately.
After 60 minutes, the porridge is ready. Add an appropriate amount of cranberries and stir before serving.
