Main Ingredients:
Whipping Cream: 150g; Egg Yolks: 2; Milk: 50g.

Fine Sugar: 15g.

Cream Pudding Cooking Steps
Put whipping cream, milk, and sugar into a small milk pot, heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely melted. Let it cool and set aside.
Put egg yolks into a bowl and beat them until they are well mixed.
Slowly pour the cooled milk mixture into the egg yolks and mix well.
Sift the egg yolk and milk mixture twice to make it smoother.
Pour the mixture into small cups, which can make 4 cups. A small cup of dessert is enough to avoid getting tired of it. Enjoy it slowly.
Fill a baking pan with hot water and place the pudding cups in it.
Place the pan in a preheated Eastman K40C oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes until the surface turns caramelized.
It tastes better when chilled.
