Main Ingredients:
Whipping Cream: 200ML.

White Agar: 10g; Water: 190g.

Fine Sugar: 15g; Vanilla Powder: 3g; Cocoa Powder: Appropriate amount.

Cream Pudding Cooking Steps
Dissolve 10g of white agar in 30g of cold water and stir well.
Add 15g of fine sugar to 160g of boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
When the water cools slightly, slowly add 200ML of whipping cream and 3g of vanilla powder while stirring continuously.
Take out the cream pudding and sprinkle cocoa powder evenly on top. If you like matcha flavor, you can sprinkle matcha powder on top. The brown powder in the picture is cocoa powder, the green powder is matcha powder, and the white powder is vanilla powder. The sprinkle container was bought from a local bakery and was replaced with a self-sealing bag when I got home.
