Prepare the ingredients
Slice the shiitake mushrooms and chicken breast, add a little starch, pepper and salt to marinate.
Cut the avocado in half vertically, twist it open, and remove the pit with a knife tip.
Cut one half into small cubes and the other half into slices, and squeeze a little lemon juice on both.
Add black pepper and salt to the avocado cubes, and pour in the milk.
Blend the mixture into a sauce using a food processor.
Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain and mix with a few drops of olive oil.
