Detailed Steps for Cooking Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Slice the shiitake mushrooms, dice the bacon, and finely chop the onion.
Add butter, olive oil, chopped onion, diced bacon, sliced shiitake mushrooms, salt, and pasta into the pan in that order.
Add water. It’s important to calculate the amount of water correctly. Generally, 100g of pasta requires about 200ml of water. If using 200g of pasta, you’ll need around 300ml of water, and so on. It’s best not to exceed 250g of pasta at once to ensure proper cooking and avoid overcooking.
Cover the pan and start the “dry pot” function.
After cooking, quickly pour in the heavy cream and stir the ingredients in the pan evenly.
