Remove the red skin from the peanuts and chop them slightly; dissolve the baking soda in water and set aside.
In a pot, pour in white sugar, maltose, and baking soda water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.
Cook until it reaches 160 degrees, forming a golden syrup.
Pour the peanuts into the pot and quickly stir to mix evenly.
Pour into a greased mold, quickly press and flatten.
