Steps to Cook Crispy Braised Chicken Feet
Prepare ten chicken feet.
Trim the chicken feet, then soak and wash them in clean water. (Ignore beef, beef is for another recipe)
Prepare the braising ingredients: traditional Chaozhou braising spice pack, braising sauce, white sugar, ginger, red dates, and chili.
Place the soaked and blanched ingredients in the rice cooker, add the sauce and old braising liquid.
Select the soup mode on the rice cooker, the chicken feet will be ready in half an hour, then remove from the pot.
Sprinkle some barbecue powder on the surface.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until the skin is crispy and fragrant.
