Detailed steps for making Crispy Grilled Gluten
Prepare the required ingredients in advance.
Add salt to warm water.
Add gluten flour to warm water while stirring with chopsticks.
Cover the mixed dough with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
Take out the dough and place it on a clean work surface.
Cut the dough into long strips and then into small pieces.
Roll the dough into thin strips with chopsticks as shown in the picture.
