Detailed steps for making Crispy Sausage, Bacon and Mushroom Pizza
Put the dough into a 10-inch pizza pan, spread it evenly, and leave some edges.
Sprinkle half of the seasoning on the bottom of the pizza, or you can use your favorite seasoning. I personally don’t like pizza sauce, so I didn’t use it. Then slice the crispy sausage and bacon, and spread them evenly on top. It’s okay to use raw bacon, it will cook quickly in the oven at over 200 degrees.
Then add a layer of mushrooms. But don’t add too much like I did. I added a lot because my mother likes mushrooms. If you add too much, the bottom of the pizza will become soggy because mushrooms release a lot of water during baking. One-third of the amount I used is enough.
Then add onion rings and sprinkle the remaining seasoning.
Finally, of course, Mozzarella cheese is a must-have for pizza! Homemade pizza must be full of Mozzarella cheese! Spread it evenly!
Finally, preheat the oven to 260 degrees with both top and bottom heat or at least 230 degrees with bottom heat only for ten minutes. Then place the pizza pan on the bottom rack and bake at 260 degrees for 15 minutes! I also used top heat, but if you like a golden surface, you can use both top and bottom heat at the same time. It won’t affect the cheese’s melting. But! You must use good cheese! If the cheese is not good, it won’t melt properly.
