Start by preparing the salad. I used edamame that was boiled in salted water and then quickly frozen, so just soak it in hot water for 3 minutes.

Rinse and dry the salad greens, shell the edamame, and the salad ingredients are basically ready.

Clean the sea bream fillet, pat dry the surface with kitchen paper. Prepare the skin as shown in the picture, evenly sprinkle with salt and thyme.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, place the fillet in the pan with the skin side down, and gently press the fish with your hand to make the skin even and heat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
