Steps to Cook Crispy Sweet Potato Balls
Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.
Steam until cooked.
Mash into a paste.
Add granulated sugar and glutinous rice flour.
Add water to form a dough.
Divide into 5 portions and shape into balls (line a baking sheet with aluminum foil to prevent sticking), preheat the oven to 180°C with both top and bottom heat.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Finished product (crispy on the outside, chewy inside, very delicious).
