Crispy Yellow Croaker Fish~(I Love Summer and Winter) Cooking Steps
Clean the fish and make three cuts on the back of the fish (for better flavor absorption).
Mix the seasonings well. Use an appropriate amount of seasonings; do not use too much salt as the fish easily absorbs flavors. Marinate for ten minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil starts to smoke at the edges of the pan, add the fish, being careful not to splash oil on yourself.
Fry for a while until the fish is shaped, then use chopsticks and a spatula to flip the fish. Continue frying until firm, flipping a few more times. Use medium-low heat after adding the fish to the pan.
Be careful when removing from the pan to maintain the integrity of the whole fish. I accidentally lost a fish head in the middle, hehehe.
