Prepare the ingredients.
Slice the tofu (1cm) and place in a bowl.
Beat two eggs.
Pour the beaten eggs over the tofu, cover with plastic wrap.
Steam for 15 minutes, then simmer for about 2 minutes before removing.
While steaming the eggs, prepare the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté scallions and minced garlic.
Add the minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the prepared ingredients and stir-fry until cooked.
Pour the minced meat over the silky tofu, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and enjoy with rice.
