Rinse 15g of goji berries, add 30g of water
Blend into a paste using a food processor
Then strain through a sieve to remove coarse residue!
In another small bowl, add 1 tsp of matcha powder, then add 2 tsp of water to make a green paste
Prepare the 2 coloring materials!
Then take out the mung bean paste prepared in advance
In a large bowl, add tapioca flour, cornstarch, granulated sugar

Then cut 0.8cm thick slices from the side with the scraper
Roll out each thick slice a bit thinner
Wrap in mung bean paste
Roll up from top to bottom
Twist into candy shapes
Repeat for each one
Place them on a steaming tray greased with oil, cover and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes
