Ingredients:
50g cake flour; 60g light cream; 45g fine sugar; 3 eggs.
Additional ingredients:
100g light cream; appropriate amount of chocolate powder; 15g powdered sugar.

Steps to Make Cupcake with Cream
Separate egg whites and yolks, add 1/3 of the sugar and light cream to the egg yolks.
Add sifted cake flour to the egg yolk mixture and stir to form a batter.
Add the remaining sugar to the egg whites in two parts and beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into molds, preheat the oven, and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Beat the light cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, and put it into a piping bag.
Pipe the cream onto the cupcakes and serve.
