Cupcake Cooking Steps
Prepare tools and ingredients.
Beat one egg, add 2 bags of cake mix, beat until no dry powder.
Add milk.
Beat well, pour into another bowl.
Beat the egg white of another egg with an electric mixer on medium speed, gradually add sugar until foam appears on top. Add egg yolk, beat well.
Pour the cake batter into the egg white and add one bag of cake mix, beat well.
Brush a layer of oil in the cupcake liners, pour out excess.
Fill the cupcake liners 80% full with the cake batter.
Place on a plate, heat in the microwave for 2 minutes and 10 seconds; if using an oven, heat with top and bottom heat at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
After baking, sprinkle with rainbow sugar needles as desired.
