Main Ingredients:
Low-gluten flour: 40g.

Steps to Make Cupcakes
Sift low-gluten flour and matcha powder together
Put 4 eggs, 40g powdered sugar, and 4 drops of vanilla extract into a clean bowl, beat with an egg beater
Beat the whole egg mixture for a slightly longer time, (Note: Beat until there are lines on the edge, and you feel resistance,
Note: When the egg beater is lifted, there should be a small straight tip, it must be in this state!
Mix low-gluten flour and matcha mixed powder, add in three times to the egg mixture, (Note) fold in using a J-shaped or up-and-down folding method, mix well each time, do not stir in circles!
Add 40g of corn oil, mix well using the same method!
Scoop into cupcake liners, (Note) fill them 80% full, preheat the oven at this time

Remove from the oven when baked
Put light cream and powdered sugar in a bowl,
