Separate egg yolks and egg whites from four eggs
Add salad oil, milk, and 1/4 of the sugar to the egg yolk bowl, set aside
Whisk the egg whites, gradually add the remaining sugar, whisk for about five minutes until stiff peaks form
Mix the egg yolk mixture well, sift in the flour and baking powder, mix well
Take one-third of the whipped egg whites, fold into the egg yolk flour mixture
Pour the batter into the remaining egg whites, gently fold until well combined
Finished batter, gently shake to remove air bubbles
Filling the cups: I made three flavors, one plain, one with dried cranberries, and one with a drizzle of chocolate sauce
