Detailed Steps for Cooking Curry Fish
Remove scales, gut and clean the fish.
Cut scallion, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper.
Marinate the fish with a little salt, cooking wine, ginger shreds, and white pepper powder for 10 minutes.
Sauté scallion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
Add the marinated fish to the wok.
Add enough water to the wok and bring it to a boil. Add one portion of Anji Indian Curry (12g) and simmer with the lid on.
