Detailed Steps for Cooking Curry Grilled Chicken Wings
Mix a large amount of meat curry powder, two spoons of spicy curry powder, a small amount of sugar, soy sauce, and salt together.
Beat the chicken wings with a rolling pin, coat them with the sauce just made, and pour in vodka. Marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven to the highest temperature for 10 minutes.
Wrap the chicken wings in aluminum foil, pour in some vodka and the remaining sauce before sealing the foil. Sprinkle vegetables that can absorb the curry flavor, garlic and ginger on top. Bake at 100-150 degrees Celsius for 1 and a half hours. If it takes longer, do not exceed two hours, or it will be overcooked.
If the temperature is 1100 degrees, it is slightly lower, and 100 degrees can be considered for 2 hours, but do not exceed that time, or it will be overcooked. Longer baking time does not necessarily mean better results. Check the wings frequently during baking, so the sealing technique is important. If you can see the wings without piercing the foil, you can cover the foil again. Vegetables are optional, mainly for adding some greens.
