Detailed Steps for Cooking Curry Potato Beef
First, cut the beef, carrot, and potato into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the potato until the surface is golden brown.
Then add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color, and finally add the carrot. Add 250ml of water. Bring to a boil and remove the foam. Add 10g of curry powder, rosemary, lemongrass, and half a can of coconut milk.
Add some salt to taste and continue to simmer over low heat. Stew for about an hour and then add the other half can of coconut milk.
After another 5 minutes, transfer to a serving dish.
