1g yeast, 90g warm milk, mix well.
Then let it sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.

While adding the last bit of milk, add 10 drops of red velvet liquid.
Stir until the color is even and without lumps.
Cover with plastic wrap, ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Make another matcha batter, add 4g matcha powder to 10g coconut oil, stir until fully dissolved.
Remove the red velvet liquid from the matcha batter, keep other ingredients the same, and add the matcha liquid to the batter.
Mix the batter well.
Cover with plastic wrap, ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Make another plain batter, cover with plastic wrap, ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After fermentation, stir the batter a few times, transfer to a piping bag for later use.
Grease a non-stick pan with oil, pipe the batter into cute shapes.

Cook over low heat, cover and steam for 4 minutes.
