Detailed Steps for Cooking Dirty Dirty Egg Tart
Heat cream, milk, condensed milk, and granulated sugar together. Heat until it reaches about 60 degrees Celsius. It’s ready when it starts to bubble slightly. Let the egg tart mixture cool to body temperature. Add two egg yolks to the cooled egg tart mixture, mix well, and set aside.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
After arranging the egg tart pastry, place the chopped chocolate into each pastry.
Pour the egg tart mixture into the pastry, filling it about eight-tenths full. Then place it in the oven.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (adjust according to your oven as needed).
For homemade chocolate sauce, heat 60g of chocolate and 50ml of cream over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts. The chocolate sauce is ready. Alternatively, you can use store-bought chocolate sauce.
Next, drizzle the chocolate sauce over the egg tarts. Then sprinkle with cocoa powder and they are ready to be enjoyed. I forgot to take a picture of spreading the chocolate sauce. It’s really delicious!
