Step-by-Step Guide to Making Doraemon Cake
Prepare a 6-inch and an 8-inch chiffon cake base.
Shape the 6-inch cake into a semi-circle.
Divide both the 6-inch and 8-inch cakes into three equal parts.
Place the whipping cream over ice water.
Add granulated sugar and milk powder, then whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Take a small portion of the cream, add food coloring to create blue and pink creams.
Fill piping bags with pink, blue, and white creams respectively.
Start by making the Doraemon head, sandwich the previously shaped semi-circle cake with cream and smooth the surface.
Use toothpicks to outline the features of Doraemon’s face.
Use chocolate pens to draw black lines, then fill in the colors. The Doraemon head is now complete, refrigerate to prevent melting and set aside for later use.
Pipe out a few small flowers and refrigerate them for later use.
Now, assemble the cake base by layering the 8-inch cake with cream and diced peaches.
Smooth the surface. Use a serrated scraper on the sides to create a pattern.
Retrieve the prepared Doraemon head and small flowers from the refrigerator, assemble them, and decorate with silver beads, gummy candies, and cheese balls.
Insert a small colorful flag, and your Doraemon Cake is ready!
