Dragon Fruit Mousse Cooking Steps
Prepare various ingredients, soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
Heat milk to 30 degrees, add gelatin sheets and stir well.
Scoop out the flesh and skin of the dragon fruit for later use.
Puree the fruit flesh in a food processor and mix it into the milk.
Whip the cream with sugar until it reaches a flowing consistency.
Pour the dragon fruit milk mixture and mix well.
Place a slice of cake at the bottom of the mousse mold.
Pour the mousse mixture on top and refrigerate.
Puree the dragon fruit skin into a fine juice, add half a melted gelatin sheet and mix well.
Pour over the chilled hardened mousse, create a beautiful layer, and continue refrigerating for about 1 hour.
