Dragon Fruit Pudding Cooking Steps
Cut the red dragon fruit into chunks and place them at the bottom of the pudding mold.
Add sugar to the pudding powder.
Add water, mix well, and heat until boiling.
Sieve the mixture after stirring well.
Let it sit for a few minutes, pour into the pudding mold, filling it halfway.
Add more red dragon fruit pieces.
Pour the remaining pudding mixture, let it cool, then refrigerate for an hour.
Once the pudding sets, run a toothpick around the mold, invert, and remove from the mold.
