Dragon Fruit Yogurt Popsicle Cooking Steps
Prepare homemade plain yogurt in advance: fresh milk, yogurt starter
Mix room temperature milk and yogurt starter, pour into an oil-free container, place in the oven at around 40 degrees Celsius for 6-7 hours to ferment
This is the prepared homemade plain yogurt, take it out to cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours before consumption
Peel and scoop out the flesh of the red dragon fruit
Blend the fruit into a puree using a blender
Pour the puree into a pot, add a small amount of sugar and cook until melted (my dragon fruit is not very sweet, so I added some sugar)

Prepare the popsicle molds
Add dragon fruit puree to the yogurt
After mixing well, taste it and adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey as needed
I made two shades, light and dark, by adjusting the fruit puree for color
Pour the two mixtures into the molds
Freeze for an hour, then insert wooden sticks, and freeze overnight
Rinse the molds with cold water to remove the popsicles
