Detailed Steps for Cooking Dried Green Beans Stir-Fried with Pork
Steam the dried green beans until fully cooked, or simply steam them together with rice for convenience.
Slice or shred the pork belly, prepare garlic sprouts, dried tofu, carrots, scallions, ginger, garlic, and seasonings.
Marinate the pork belly with light soy sauce. Dice the dried tofu, julienne the carrots, ginger, and garlic. The dried green beans are also cooked, ready for the next steps as shown in the picture.
Heat oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the pork and stir-fry until 60% cooked. Set aside. Add garlic sprouts, fermented black beans, stir-fry briefly, then add carrot julienne, dried tofu dice, stir-fry briefly, add dried green beans and pork, granulated sugar, light soy sauce, stir-fry for a short while.
