Prepare the ingredients. Use a food processor to grind the durian flakes into powder. I used Thai Lotus brand, which has a deep red packaging and a strong durian flavor.

Put the digestive biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Add melted butter and mix well. I used the whole wheat sesame flavor biscuits from Taiping Paper Box, which are low in calories compared to other biscuits.

Use a 6-inch cake mold, wrap the bottom with aluminum foil, spread butter around the edges, pour in the crushed butter biscuit mixture, and press it down with the back of a spoon.

Soften the cream cheese at room temperature and stir it with a hand whisk until it is soft. Add sugar and stir gently, then add eggs one by one and mix well.
